Our refund and return policy is valid for 28 days from the time of the order. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, be resealable, and have all original tags attached.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


We only replace items that are defective or damaged. We can offer you the exchange if you contact us within 2 or 3 days after you receive the items. Please get in touch with us using our contact form.

In some cases when we send you the wrong items please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.


To return your product you should take your parcel to the nearest Royal Mail Post Office.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will have to pay for the trackable shipping of your return yourself.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
